Whip up these delicious and easy coconut and fresh mint frozen dog treats in no time. They’re perfect for hot summers days AND a great remedy for stinky dog breath.

Does your dog suffer from stinky breath? Well, you’re not alone. And while there’s no substitute for regular tooth brushing, making dog treats with natural ingredients that help fight bad breath is no bad thing!

The great thing about these frozen treats is how easy they are to make. All you need are 4 easy-to-find ingredients that you can chuck together into a food processor.

Minimal effort making and cleaning up afterward? I’m in! And so is Winston. He loves these treats. Particularly when served on a hot summer’s day. Not that we get many of those in the UK 🤣

  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh spinach
  • Natural yogurt
  • Coconut oil

Of course, you can use a regular ice tray for these. That’s what I did when I first made these frozen dog treats. But if you fancy getting a little creative, why not use an ice tray with fun bone and paw-shaped molds?

Coconut & Fresh Mint Frozen Treats

These delicious treats require just 4 ingredients that can be added to one food processor and blitzed! Easy, tasty, and a natural way to help improve your dog's bad breath.
Prep Time 5 minutes

Equipment

  • 1 Food processor
  • 1 Ice tray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil melted and cooled

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor
  • Spoon mixture into moulds and spread evenly
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours or until solid
  • Pop treats out of the molds and serve to your corgi!
  • Store treats in an airtight container in the freezer
